Here's our basic route! Hanoi to Sapa on the overnight train (and back), then a flight to Kuala Lumpur and on to Kuching (Borneo), then a flight to Malacca (Malaysia), then to Saigon and out to Cai Bei, out into the Mekong Delta, then back to Cai Bei for one last night before flying home. I can't wait! I didn't think we'd ever go back to Vietnam because there are still so many wonderful places to see. You can click the map to biggify it, as my navigator says.
